Privacy notice

Joody Concierge Services L.L.C S.O.C, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is responsible for the personal details you send us. This notice explains what we collect when you send a request, why, and what you can ask of us.

What we collect

• Your name, how you would like to be addressed, your email and WhatsApp number.
• The journey you describe: cities, dates, the number travelling, and the arrangements you ask for.
• Later, only if you go ahead: the names of those travelling as in their passports, flight details, and any preferences or restrictions you choose to share, such as dietary needs.

Why we use it

Only to handle your request: to ask hotels and other suppliers for offers, to send you proposals, and, if you confirm, to arrange and run the journey. Your name is not given to any supplier until a booking is confirmed with them. We never sell your details or use them for anything unrelated to your travel.

Who sees it

The Joody team, and — once you confirm — only the suppliers who need a detail to deliver their part: a hotel receives the guest list and room preferences, a driver the flight times. Sensitive details, such as an allergy, go only to the supplier who must know. The text of your request is read by an automated system to structure it; it is not used to train any model.

How long we keep it

Passport details, mobile numbers of those travelling and similar personal details are deleted after the journey and the retention period. Invoices and payment records are kept as the law requires.

Your rights

You may ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, or have them deleted, subject to what the law requires us to keep. Write to mutazh@joody.net. These rights follow the UAE Personal Data Protection Law and, where it applies to you, the European General Data Protection Regulation.
